Trust Earned
Choosing a roofer means trusting them with one of the most important parts of your home. These are the trade bodies and manufacturers we’re accredited with, and how our work is guaranteed.
Accreditations
TrustMark is the Government Endorsed Quality scheme for work carried out in and around the home. Registered businesses are checked for technical competence, customer service and trading practices.
The National Federation of Roofing Contractors is the UK’s largest roofing trade association. Members are vetted and expected to work to its code of practice.
The FMB is a trade association for UK building firms. Members are vetted before they can join.
We’re a VELUX Certified Installer, trained to fit VELUX roof windows to the manufacturer’s standards.
Restec Roofing Systems is a UK manufacturer of flat roofing systems, and we’re one of its approved installers.
Guarantees
Every job is different, so we don’t apply one blanket guarantee. The guarantee for your work depends on the type of job and what you need from it, and it is set out on your invoice.
Two kinds of guarantee can apply to roofing work. A workmanship guarantee from the contractor covers the way the job was carried out. A manufacturer’s guarantee covers the materials or roofing system itself, and some manufacturers only offer it when an approved installer fits the system. Where a manufacturer’s guarantee applies to your job, we’ll tell you when we quote.
If you’re comparing roofers, our guide to choosing the right roofing contractor explains what to check.

I had an issue with my flashing so had six roofers out to quote… John was the only one of the six who seemed genuine and trustworthy. This turned out to be the case… he did the work for a fair price, gave a proper invoice with breakdown of work, communicated well and left it all tidy. One of the firms who quoted said we needed a new roof (we didn’t). It’s so important to get several quotes and trust your gut. Thank you!
I highly recommend John and his team. They carried out work on my roof and guttering in a quick and efficient manner. John was happy to answer all my questions and queries, explaining everything to me in a straightforward and friendly manner.
John and his team completed some repairs to our roof today. I completely recommend them. Friendly, tidy, professional and the job was completed to a very high standard. John is super knowledgable and put our mind at ease about the overall condition of our roof too. We’ll be using them when we need work like this in the future.
